CRAC Parts and Service offers OEM and compatible data center humidifiers and components designed for CRAC systems in mission-critical environments. Maintaining proper humidity is essential for static control, system reliability, and safe equipment operation in precision cooling environments.

Our inventory includes steam canisters, electrodes, control boards, sensors, and other essential CRAC humidifier parts. These replacements are compatible with Data Aire and other CRAC manufacturers, and built to perform in the high-demand conditions found in server rooms and telecom hubs.

Having been Condair Nortec agents for 30 years as KSR Associates, CPS can contribute experienced consultation and advice on all aspects of humidification, including part replacements, entire humidifier assembly replacements and maintenance.

Data Aire used Condair Nortec steam-electrode humidifiers on the vast majority of their equipment that included humidification as a feature. The humidifier of choice was the MES series, which has progressed through various iterations over the years.

We have plenty of replacement cylinders in stock in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The best way to ID cylinders is to look for the 3 digit part number right on the cylinder itself. Sample part numbers are 202, 204, 303, 311, 321, 403, 411, 421. Also, there is a humidifier ID tag on the humidifier itself.

Complete replacement humidifier assemblies are also available from stock, which include a new shell, control board, cylinder and drain and fill valves.
