Super Radiator Coils for CRAC Equipment

CRAC Parts and Service provides OEM-quality Super Radiator Coils specifically engineered for use in CRAC equipment. Whether you’re replacing failed coils or upgrading for improved performance, we supply reliable, high-efficiency coil assemblies that meet the demands of mission-critical environments like data centers, telecom facilities, and healthcare installations.

CPS continues to use Data Aire’s original vendor for coils of all types. Therefore, we are assured of exact replacement capabilities. Usually, no manual measuring or guessing is necessary to identify and furnish a replacement.*

We offer replacement chilled water coils, condenser coils, evaporator coils, and hot gas reheat coils. Hot gas reheat coils are commonplace on Data Aire’s gPod series for dehumidification mode. Coatings of various types are available.

Please note that we provide coil slabs only. Usually, all existing external piping can be saved and reused. Please be aware that all coils are “built to order”, so there is lead time involved. However, expediting is usually available.

*To obtain pricing on replacement coils, in addition to giving us the Data Aire model, serial and job number, please provide the serial number directly off the tag on the coil tube sheet itself, near the u-bend tubing. Occasionally, this sticker is on the header also. See images below.
